So, yesterday was quite a show. I worked pretty much all day but I managed to get some pics of crazy pride outfits. Couldn't find enough that were post worthy. They were all by the beach. Too many people around to capture a good shot. So enjoy what I managed to get. Some shots are...well...ok. I did the best I can.
I picked up a second job at Little Sister's on Davie Street. Love it. Great staff and even better management team. I'll admit, I never EVER had to explain to people how to use certain sex toys and sell it. Some I had to improvise because I REALLY didn't know what or how it works! There's some scary shit out there! To each their own, but...OUCH! A lot of laughter, and more laughter in my head. I keep thinking about what my friends would say.
Anyway, I love it there. I met so many people from all over the world as Vancouver was hosting Pride, fireworks and the Gay Games, all at the same time! Could you imagine what our city looked like?
Awesome.
The heterosexual people are always intrigued and having fun with good spirits. This is why I love Vancouver so much. Vancouverites, for the most part, are the friendliest and open minded people around and out of towners feel that and ALWAYS compliment this city.
So, good times.
