Judge Sends Former Warrant Singer To Where The Down Boys Go
Remember the 90′s “Hair Band” Warrant? Jani Lane the glam groups former lead singer appeared in court today on DUI charges stemming from an incident in June when Lane was driving drunk in Hollywood and hit a parked car then fled the scene.
He was found guilty after accepting a plea deal in which authorities agreed to drop the hit and run charge. He got a much better outcome than previously expected however will still do time, 2 days in Jail is mandatory, plus 36 months probation, plus 30 days of road labour… wait there’s more.
Lane must also complete a 3 month alcohol education class “this guy spent a decade partying his ass off every night, I’m sure he could educate us all a little when it comes to alcohol consumption” The former glam band front-man was also fined $395 for various related offences.
